Brassfield Park is a pet-friendly community; we love our furry friends! There is a one-time, non-refundable fee of $400 for the 1st pet and $150 for the 2nd. There is a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Breed restrictions apply. View our Pet Policy.
